Simple terms for using this site.

This website provides general information about Vesteros Consulting, our capabilities, services and ways of working.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any consulting engagement, project, pilot, workshop or other paid service is subject to a separate agreement defining the scope, responsibilities, fees, intellectual property, confidentiality, data protection and other applicable terms.

These terms apply to public workshops booked and paid for through this website. The price for each workshop is the price stated on that workshop's page at the time of booking, and prices vary between workshops and sessions. A place is confirmed once payment has been received.

What is included is stated on the relevant workshop page. Where a workshop includes a recording, a prompt library or an individual follow-up session, those are included with each paid place on the terms described there. Materials such as a prompt library are provided for the participant's own continued use and may not be resold, redistributed or published.

Where an individual follow-up session is included, it is limited to one session per paid place, must be booked within the period stated on the workshop page, is subject to available appointment times, is non-transferable, has no cash value and is a question, review and guidance session rather than a development service. It lapses if it is not booked within that period.

Third-party accounts, subscriptions, credits and AI tools needed to take part are not included in the workshop price and remain the participant's own responsibility. A workshop is a learning and prototyping session. We do not guarantee a production-ready application or any particular commercial outcome.

Cancellation and transfer terms are stated on the relevant workshop page. If we have to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you may move to a later date or receive a full refund.

We sometimes offer free discovery sessions, assessments and written summaries such as an Opportunity Snapshot. These are offered at our discretion, in limited numbers, and we select the organisations we take on. Applying does not guarantee a place.

A free session and any accompanying summary are provided without cost and without obligation. There is no requirement to buy anything afterwards, and no purchase is implied by taking part.

The findings and recommendations are based on a short conversation and on the information you give us. They are indicative guidance, not an audit, a technical review, a fixed-price quote or legal, financial, security or other regulated professional advice. Any decision you take based on them remains your own.

You keep any summary we produce for you and may use it internally. We use the information you share to prepare and deliver the session, as described in our Privacy & Cookies notice, and we treat what you tell us about your organisation as confidential.

Any work that follows a free session, such as a pilot, prototype or implementation, is a separate paid engagement governed by a separate written agreement.

We aim to keep information on this website accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current or error-free.

Information on this website should not be treated as legal, financial, security or other regulated professional advice.

Unless otherwise stated, the website, Vesteros Consulting brand identity, text, graphics, concepts and original materials are owned by or licensed to OmsorgSync Nordic AB.

You may view and share links to the website for normal personal or business purposes. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit substantial portions of the website without permission.

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Vesteros Consulting and OmsorgSync Nordic AB are not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices or terms.

To the extent permitted by law, OmsorgSync Nordic AB and Vesteros Consulting are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general information published on this website.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be handled by the competent Swedish courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
