START WITH THE PROBLEM
Technology is a means, not a diagnosis.
BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION · CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE · GO-TO-MARKET
We help organisations improve how work gets done, how customers are served and how products reach the market. We understand the problem first, then decide what process, technology or practical solution belongs there.
Business & workflows · Customer experience & service · Product marketing & GTM
Recognise this?
None of it shows up as a single problem. It shows up as waiting, repetition and inconsistency.
These are not separate technology problems. They are signs that people, process, knowledge, systems and experience are no longer working together.
What we do
Organisations rarely experience these challenges in isolation. We connect business transformation, customer and service transformation, and product marketing so change works across boundaries.
Improve how work gets done, then apply AI and automation where they create practical value.
Business analysis · Workflow redesign · AI adoption · Automation · Knowledge · Change & adoption
Explore the practice →Improve customer journeys and the operational reality behind better service.
Customer experience · Service operations · Support workflows · Employee experience · Knowledge · Self-service
Explore the practice →Connect customer need, product value, positioning, launch, enablement and adoption.
Customer insight · Positioning · Messaging · Go-to-market · Sales enablement · Adoption & growth
Explore the practice →From idea to something testable
Sometimes the fastest way to understand an idea is to put something real in front of people.
We turn business problems, workflows and product ideas into working prototypes, proofs of concept and pilots so teams can test what works before committing to a larger build.

How an idea moves
Stopping a bad idea early is also a result.
What this can look like
Written the way service and support leaders describe them, not the way consultancies categorise them.
Map what an advisor actually needs to resolve a typical case, where each piece lives and how many steps it takes to reach it. Then reduce the steps: better structure, a single interface, or retrieval over approved content.
Look at what first line can realistically capture, what second line genuinely needs and where the handover breaks. Often a structured escalation path and a shared definition of ready. Sometimes assisted summarisation of case history.
A knowledge problem before it is a training problem. Audit where answers live, which are trusted, which are stale, who owns them and how new answers get captured once a case is solved.
Identify the repeat drivers, then decide honestly whether the fix is self-service content, a change further upstream, deflection or automation. Sometimes the right answer is to stop generating the question.
Examine what documentation is actually used later, and by whom. Remove what is not, automate what can be and assist the rest.
Map the workflow the tool was placed into. Often the tool is capable and the workflow around it was never designed. Sometimes the tool is answering a question customers were not asking.
Onboarding is a knowledge and enablement problem. Look at what experienced advisors know that is written down nowhere, and make the first months repeatable.
Follow real cases end to end and find where the waiting actually accumulates. It is rarely where the reporting suggests.
Sometimes the right answer is not on this page. Every recommendation is shaped around your workflows, your team and your customers, and sometimes it is simpler than expected.
How We Look at Work
A business problem rarely sits in one place. People, process, knowledge, systems, experience, technology and control shape how work moves and what customers, employees and the organisation ultimately experience.
We look at these together to understand where the friction comes from, before deciding what should change.
Better Work
People · Process · Knowledge · Systems · Experience · Technology · Risk & Control
Customers, employees, leaders, specialists, partners and teams. What each person is trying to accomplish and what gets in the way.
How work moves from need to outcome. Where it waits, changes hands, duplicates effort or becomes unnecessarily complicated.
What people need to know to do the work, serve a customer or make a decision. Where it lives, whether it can be trusted and how new knowledge is captured.
The platforms and tools around the work. Where information sits, how it moves and how many places someone needs to look.
What customers, employees and partners experience, and how friction in one part of the system affects another.
Where existing tools, automation, AI or something purpose-built would genuinely improve the work, and where it would simply add another system.
Where human judgement, privacy, permissions, security, accountability, quality control and oversight are required.
We untangle how these elements interact, identify where friction occurs and improve what actually matters. Only then do we decide whether the answer is process change, better knowledge, training, better use of existing systems, automation, AI or something else.
How We Work
What is actually happening?
We follow real work and understand what happens in practice, rather than relying only on documented processes or assumptions.
Where is the friction?
We examine the workflow, knowledge, decisions, handoffs, systems and experiences involved, and how they influence one another.
What should work differently?
We simplify the workflow, remove unnecessary steps, clarify ownership and improve access to knowledge before adding more technology.
What belongs here?
AI, automation, existing technology, training, an agent, a prototype, a custom tool, or no new technology at all.
How does it become part of the work?
We make sure the change works across real teams, onboarding, training, documentation, permissions and day-to-day use.
Did we actually make the work better?
We use cases, feedback, knowledge and operational data to see what changed and what should be improved next.
Learning feeds the next understanding
Technology is useful when it solves a real problem, fits the way people work and makes the work better.
Extended capability
Not every project needs the same mix of skills.
Vesteros can lead business discovery, workflow and service transformation, product and go-to-market work, solution shaping, prototyping and implementation support. When a project requires deeper specialist expertise, we can extend the project team through our wider professional partner network.
Depending on the work, that can include software development, cybersecurity, data and analytics, hyperautomation, cloud and digital solutions, hardware and embedded systems, or innovation and business design.
We bring in additional expertise only when the project genuinely needs it, so the team stays appropriate to the scope.
Specialist capability we can bring in
Software development
Building or extending applications, platforms, integrations and digital products.
Cybersecurity
Specialist support around systems, data, access, security and digital environments.
Data & analytics
Deeper data, analytics and decision-support capability when the project requires it.
Hyperautomation
Connecting automation, AI, workflows and systems to reduce repetitive manual work.
Cloud & digital solutions
Specialist capability for scalable cloud-based systems and digital services.
Hardware & embedded systems
Support where digital products connect with devices, physical technology or embedded environments.
Innovation & business design
Additional capability for shaping new services, products and business models.
Vesteros stays responsible for understanding the problem and keeping the work connected to the outcome. Specialist capability is added only where the project genuinely needs it.

About
Vesteros brings together commercial, operational and technical experience to understand the work from more than one angle.
Technology keeps getting more capable. Work does not automatically get better.
Organisations add systems, processes, channels, AI and automation, but the underlying work can still be fragmented, difficult to navigate or surprisingly manual.
Products can be technically strong and still struggle to reach the people they were built for. Customer experiences can look simple from the outside while the people delivering them work across disconnected systems and outdated knowledge.
Vesteros exists to work on that gap.
We look at the problem as a whole, then help improve, communicate, automate or build what actually needs changing.
START WITH THE PROBLEM
Technology is a means, not a diagnosis.
MAKE IT TANGIBLE
Sometimes the fastest way to understand an idea is to build enough of it to test.
LOOK AT THE WHOLE SYSTEM
People, process, knowledge, systems, customers, products and technology affect one another.
USEFUL BEATS IMPRESSIVE
The best solution is not necessarily the one with the most AI in it.
LEARN BEFORE YOU SCALE
A prototype, pilot or early test can save a very expensive assumption.
Tima Fofana and Arnold Bikunda founded Vesteros with different backgrounds and a shared interest in making work clearer, more useful and more human.

CO-FOUNDER · TECHNICAL OPERATIONS, CYBERSECURITY & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Arnold brings more than a decade of experience across technical support, customer operations, complex troubleshooting and enterprise technology, including Keyfactor, Tenable and VMware. Much of it comes from demanding cybersecurity environments where getting the answer right matters.
His expertise spans support operations, case handling, escalation management, knowledge management, Microsoft 365, internal training, team enablement and customer experience.
He knows the work from the inside: how a case is investigated, what makes an escalation useful, what happens when knowledge is out of date, and what teams need to work confidently.
At Vesteros, Arnold applies that experience to service operations, workflows, escalations, handoffs, knowledge and enablement. He keeps the technical and security reality in view so changes hold up in daily work, not only in a plan.

CO-FOUNDER · BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION · PRODUCT MARKETING · AI & DIGITAL SOLUTIONS
Tima brings more than 15 years of experience across enterprise technology, B2B SaaS, sales, customer experience, marketing, entrepreneurship and digital products, including work with Zendesk, LinkedIn, VMware and Dell EMC as well as startups and her own ventures.
Her background spans B2B and B2C product marketing, positioning, go-to-market, launches, content and customer adoption. Today, that commercial experience sits alongside business analysis, AI adoption, workflow transformation and rapid prototyping.
That combination shapes much of her work at Vesteros: understanding the business and customer problem, making ideas tangible, and helping products and solutions make sense to the people they are built for.
Tima is also the founder of OmsorgSync, a HealthTech product developed from lived experience through discovery, prototyping and validation.
Tima brings business transformation, product marketing, AI adoption and product thinking. Arnold brings technical operations, cybersecurity, support and customer experience.
Together, we can look at the business problem, the customer, the market, the workflow, the knowledge, the systems and the technical reality around them. Different work calls for different parts of that experience.
We do not begin by deciding that a client needs AI, automation or another tool. Sometimes the answer is a better process, a clearer message or fewer tabs.
We are also married, which means strategy meetings occasionally continue long after both parties have technically left the office.
